The customer is driving along and the Triton starts to feel sluggish. That is when it clicks, wrong fuel at the last servo. The customer did the right thing, pulled over and gave us a call.

There were questions. Is it okay to drive? How bad is it? We talked the customer through the difference between the two fuels, what extra driving does to a diesel system, and what our process is. No rush, no pressure, no question left unanswered.
Job quoted, booked, and done on site where the ute sat. Sixty litres of contaminated fuel out, flushed, fresh diesel in, started and ran clean. Back to work before lunch.
